Little Chevette has never lived in a home before. She lived out of doors for her first 3 months of life and it has been so rewarding to see her discover what inside of a house is all about. And what goes along with being a foster dog in this house? Well that would be lap time with foster dad. You probably have noticed this scene in other blog posts with other foster dogs but it is a staple in our house. Foster mom is the one getting up and down and moving about, but when dad is in his chair, he is usually resting from his tough job as a mechanic so the dogs always love to get in his lap and settle in. I can say I don't blame them at all! What could be better than strong arms holding small dogs and puppies??? Nothing whatsoever.....

Here Chevette was playing with dad, she was making the funniest face and trying to play with his nose! |

Incoming tiny puppy teeth! No skin was harmed though. :) |
